Concord Man Arrested On Second-Degree Assault, Domestic, Other Charges: Cop Log
Man faces false imprisonment, resisting charges; threat, trespass incident reported in the South End; teen charged with stalking, breach.

CONCORD, NH — Walter Howard Clark Jr., born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2022, on criminal threatening-conduct, criminal trespass, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident in the South End.
Jordan Michael Rayne Elliott, born 2004, of Pittsfield was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Dec. 22 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.
Jonathan M. Pickering, 34, of Loudon was arrested on two bench warrants at 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 19 in after an incident at the Gas House Bridge on Water Street.

Ramon L. Ramos, born 1982, of Manchester received a citation at 8 p.m. on Dec. 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Loudon Road.
Emmanuel Muhire, 33, of Concord was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Dec. 16 on false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street.

Jason Alan Leblanc, 42, a homeless man now located in Deerfield, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Dec. 16 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge as well as driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges. An officer on patrol on North Main Street saw a 2007 Nissan/Infiniti G35 driving out of the Holiday Inn parking lot with an expired inspection sticker. The vehicle was stopped at 190 N. Main St. The driver, Leblanc, told the officer his license was suspended, according to an affidavit. Dispatch said the plate belonged to a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was suspended due to canceled insurance. The VIN, the officer noted, showed the registration as an abandoned vehicle. Leblanc, the report stated, was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on Oct. 22, 2022. His driving privileges were suspended in February 2016 for failure to pay a court fine.
Cassi J. Page, 36, of Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:05 a.m. on Dec. 4 after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.
Cindy A. Ingram, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Dec. 3 on a criminal mischief charge. She was arrested after an incident on Partridge Road.
