Concord Residents Face Stalking Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Spencer Andrew Lantos, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on June 30, 2022, on a warrant after an incident at 38 S. Main St.

Emma Rose Burgos, born 2003, of Barnstead was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on June 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on June 29 on stalking and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.

David T. Swett, 57, of Concord was cited at 10:42 a.m. on June 29 on a disorderly conduct charge. He was accused of being on the ground on Silk Farm Road causing traffic issues. He was arrested again at 6:05 p.m. on June 29 on a stalking charge. Swett was arrested after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Amy L. Dansereau, 52, of Concord was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on June 29 on obstructing government administration and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Jeremy M. Fortin, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on June 29 on possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, as well as a resisting arrest charge after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street as well as possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug, interfering with a fire alarm apparatus, and common nuisances charges. Tiffany Jean Labonte, born 1991, of Concord was also arrested on the same charges. Those charges were connected to an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. Harry Hector Ubinas Lopez, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on June 28 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Beacon Street.

Jacqueline M. Patch, born 1981, of Pittsfield was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on June 28 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road.

Mark A. Lucier, 60, of Concord was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on June 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at 121 S. Main St.

Theresa Anne Camire, 67, of Concord was cited at 8:55 p.m. on June 27 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident on Green Street.

Jonathan Paul Berube, 22, of Concord was cited at 5:35 p.m. on June 27 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on South Street.
