Concord Teen Arrested On Mischief And Assault Charges: Police Log
Plus: Man faces prowling, trespass charges; Concord man arrested on second DWI charge; Boscawen felon faces weapon charge; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Lyzza Jane Goodwin, born 2002, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2021, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Tremont Street.
Randall A. Hamilton Jr., 30, of Fremont was arrested at 4:53 p.m. on Feb. 3 on two warrants at police headquarters. He has active cases out of Hooksett in Merrimack County Superior Court and Northwood in Rockingham County Superior Court. Hamilton also has possession of a controlled drugs and transport drugs in motor vehicle charges out of Manchester from October 2020 that is active in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Kevin D. Harrington, 42, of Concord was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Feb. 1 on loitering or prowling and criminal trespass charges after an incident on Hope Avenue.

Ryan D. DeGreenia, born 1985, of Manchester received a summons at operating without a valid license and suspension of vehicle registration charges at 12:53 a.m. on Jan. 31. Also arrested was Michael S. Wentworth, 34, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant and a warrant. They were arrested after an incident on Locke Road. Wentworth pleaded guilty to a controlled drug: control premises where drug kept charge on Feb. 1 after an incident in Laconia on Feb. 29, 2020.
Brendon Thomas Bailey, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Jan. 29 on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-second offense charges after an incident at 234 N. Main St.

Tyler Brissette, 36, of Boscawen received a summons at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a warrant after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. He was arraigned on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge on Jan. 29 in superior court after an incident in Boscawen. Brissette was previously convicted of robbery, felony receiving stolen property, theft by deception, and forgery charges in superior court.
William Leroy Vinal, 52, of Concord was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 27 on a bench warrant after an incident on Black Hill Road and resisting arrest or detention and breach of bail charges after an incident at McKenna House on South Fruit Street. He was accused of failure to appear and violation of probation or parole after being convicted on a possession-sale of a narcotic charge in superior court in May 2020.
Shayna J. Kinney, 37, of Concord was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on two counts of receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 after an incident at 2 Industrial Park Drive and a bench warrant after an incident at Shaw's Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road. She has an active felony theft case out of Concord and an active drug possession case out of Franklin in superior court from 2020 and drug and possession-sale of narcotic charges out of Concord from 2019.
