Penacook Man Indicted On Indecent Exposure Charge: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jarad W. Briles, 38, incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, on two felony assaults by prisoner charges. He was accused of punching another person, fracturing their jaw, on Aug. 15, 2023, inside the prison.

Kyle M. Brown, 35, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and second-degree assault-strangulation charges, both felonies. He was accused of covering over the nose or mouth of a current or former intimate partner on Aug. 28, 2023, in Hooksett.

Robert Burkhardt, 31, of Heater Road in Lebanon on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and alprazolam, on June 17, 2023, in Henniker.

Joshua Burney, 45, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing his genitals in front of a child for the purpose of sexual arousal on July 24, 2023, in Concord.

Katherine Carr, 42, of Jefferson Road in Belmont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Bradford on Sept. 14, 2023.

Marleen Caron, 59, of Connector Road in Lincoln on two felony sale of controlled drug charges. She was accused of selling meth to an undercover police officer in the area of Loudon Road in Concord on July 20 and the area of Stickney Avenue in Concord on Aug. 3, 2023.

Neil Corson, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 19, 2023, in Concord.

Eric Couch, 24, of North Spring Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Oct. 13, 2023, in Concord.

James M. Curran, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, cocaine, and para-fluorofentanyl mix, crack cocaine, and meth on Sept. 22, 2023.

Chad R. Cyr, 41, of English Village Road in Manchester on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of obtaining another person’s personal information in Concord on Sept. 25, 2023.

Shelby Davis, 41, of Parade Road in Barnstead on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Carroll Street in Pittsfield on Oct. 5, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Diana Doherty, 46, of Swift Water Drive in Bristol on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a stolen 2016 Toyota Camry on Sept. 25, 2023, in Franklin.

Donald Dupont, 68, of McCrillis Hill Road in Center Harbor on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of removing a pipe from view to impair an investigation in Concord on Oct. 23, 2023.
