Man Accused Of Drug Distribution, Possession In Allenstown, Concord, Hooksett: Court

Plus: Belmont woman indicted on ID fraud charge; elderly man accused of possessing stolen truck; drug indictments in Hopkinton, Franklin.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jonathan N. Lynch, 31, of Main Street in Allenstown on two felony counts of sale of fentanyl, five felony counts of possession of controlled drugs, fentanyl, fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix, and cocaine, and five felony counts of possession with intent to distribute, fentanyl, fluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix, and cocaine. He was accused of selling, distributing, and possessing the drugs on Aug. 23, Sept. 15, and Sept. 27, 2022, in Allenstown, Concord, and Hooksett.

Anna Marie Martin, 39, of Sunshine Drive in Belmont on a felony identify fraud charge. She was accused of posing as another to obtain money, credit, goods, or services at Granite State Credit Union in Concord on Aug. 3, 2022.

Larz R. Menard, 24, of Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing from 7-Eleven in Concord on Aug. 8, 2022, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Richard B. McJuary, 54, of Pinewood Trail in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on North State Street in Concord on Dec. 11, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Nickolas S. Messier, 39, of Bert Street in Hooksett on three felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of switching tags on a Pokemon Trading Card Game Box on July 17, and a comforter set and a stuff animal July 24, 2022, at Target in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, Messier has been convicted on theft charges.

Kostantino E. Michalopoulos, 76, of South State Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a 2021 Ram truck, owned by Enterprise Auto Rental, believing that it had probably been stolen, on Nov. 18, 2022, in Bow.

Justin Murphy, 50, of Marsh Lane in Manchester on seven felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine, acetyl fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine, charges, all felonies, in Hopkinton on Nov. 30, 2022. Previously, he was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court on a drug charge.

Angeline M. Pelky, 34, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 27, 2022, in Franklin.
