Epsom, Stewartson Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Walter Komisarek, 35, of South Main Street in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 21, 2023, in Concord.

Owen Krochmal, 21, of Fowler Road in Epsom on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of a pattern of raping a girl between Jan. 1, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2019, in Epsom.

Melissa L. Lacasse, 41, of Merrimack Street in Bristol on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Jan. 2 in Concord.

Austin Laliberty, 27, of Sullivan Drive in Stewartson on felonious sexual assault, second-degree assault, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and having a child fondle him between Jan. 1, 2018, and May 30, 2019. On one occasion, Laliberty gave the victim chlamydia, according to the indictment.

Ashley M. Laroche, 35, of Major Drive in Gilmanton on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on Route 103 in Newbury on Sept. 15, 2023. Previously, she was convicted in Belknap County Superior Court of possession of a controlled drug in June 2022.

Michael J. Lemire, 47, of Park Street in Boscawen on a felony assault by a prisoners charge. He was accused of assaulting a corrections officer with an elbow on Dec. 1, 2023, at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Kylie M. Magoon, 28, of West Main Street in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge, a fentanyl and cocaine mix, on Dec. 20, 2023, in Franklin.

Jami L. Marquis, 29, of Amherst Street in Manchester on two felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. She was accused of possessing fentanyl and buprenorphine in the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Nov. 3, 2023.

Steven Potter, 34, incarcerated at the correctional facility in Berlin, was indicted in Coos County Superior Court on three assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of striking another prisoner and slamming his head into a floor causing facial fractures on Jan. 1.

Sean Sardinha, 35, incarcerated at the state prison for men, was indicted in Strafford County Superior Court on two felony counts of stalking. He was accused of having face-to-face contact and calling a protected party on Oct. 26, 2023, and between Dec. 20 and Dec. 21, 2023.

Jimmy Saunders, 46, of Leavitt Lane in Stafford on three felonious sexual assault and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of touching and fondling a child sexually between Jan. 1, 2018, and April 18, 2023.

Tyler Uptill, 22, of Micah Terrace in Milton was indicted in Strafford County Superior Court on five possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing pictures and videos between March 26, 2022, and Aug. 20, 2023, in Milton.
