Attempted Homicide Suspect Accused Of Attempted Escape: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Sue Ellen Herrick, 35, of Burnhams Intervale Road in Contoocook on attempted escape and assaults by prisoners charges, both felonies. She was accused of grabbing a corrections officer’s hands, grabbing at the officer’s keys, and pushing her through a door in an effort to escape from the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on March 22. Herrick is being held at the facility on attempted homicide and other charges.

Adam Jenna, 42, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Franklin on Feb. 27.

Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 42, with a last known address of the Best Western in Concord, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking another inmate in the face on March 6 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on March 6.

Daniel King, 32, of Royal Gardens in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of returning previously purchased merchandise to Walmart in Concord which he did not believe to be truly purchased on Nov. 4, 2021, for a $71.94 gift card and stealing a bicycle on Nov. 10, 2021, in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Horace King, 53, of Centre Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 22 in Concord.

Robert L. Kjellander, 66, of Meredith Center Road in Meredith on 12 forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of signing other peoples’ names to bills of sale and VIN verifications for vehicles on Jan. 27 in Concord.

Eli B. Lacroix, 20, of Lyford Hill Road in Pittsfield on six possession of child sexual abuse images charges on June 8, 2021, in Pittsfield.

Leroy Laflamme, 21, of North Main Street in Bristol on a felony criminal mischief, loss in excess of $1,500 charge. He was accused of damaging a cardiac monitor at Concord Hospital-Franklin on Feb. 12.

Austin Laliberty, 25, of Sullivan Drive in Stewartstown on three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a victim under 13 between January 2018 and May 2019 in Loudon.

Cameron Lobo, 32, of Concord, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-buprenorphine charge on Nov. 8, 2021, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on acts prohibited in July 2018.
