Epsom Woman Indicted On Gun Threat, Domestic Violence Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Manchester woman accused of hiding drugs in genitalia; Concord theft and drug indictments; drug and weapon indictments in Northfield.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Brett Dalessio, 39, of West Street in Tilton, on possession of cocaine and possession of methadone charges, both felonies, in Northfield on June 7.
Michael S. Davis, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft by unauthorizing taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, possession of fentanyl, and possession of a deadly weapon as a convicted felon-a hatchet charges, all felonies. The drug and weapon charges were connected to incidents in Northfield on April 15, while the theft charge was connected to an incident at Hannaford in Concord on July 16.

Anthony W. DeForge Sr., 53, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine in Franklin on July 17.
Marissa S. Deforge, 33, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia on a felony possession of meth on June 20 in Pittsfield.

Mariel H. Delgado, 38, of Epsom on criminal threatening and domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening a man with a firearm on May 23 in Epsom.
Tanya Douville, 38, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, in Northfield on May 31.
Crystal Downie, 41, of Manchester Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing makeup from Walmart in Concord and possessing the drug on Feb. 25. Twice before, Downie has been convicted on theft charges.
Michael Drake, 35, of Arch Street in Northfield on possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, possession of alprazolam, and felonious use of a firearm-a 9 mm Walter PPQ semi-automatic handgun charges on June 3 in Northfield.
Michelle J. Driscoll, 31, of State Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 14 in Hooksett.
Ashley Dustin, 26, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, a cocaine and fentanyl mix, charges. She was accused of concealing drugs in her genitalia to impair an investigation in Boscawen on May 8.
