Homeless Man, Accused Of Bank Robbery, Indicted On Prison Assault Charge: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Tyler Cochran, 36, of Warren Street in Concord on a felony acts prohibited-possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge on Jan. 16, 2021, in Concord.

William Cropsey, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching a Merrimack County House of Corrections officer in the face twice with a closed fist on April 9 in Boscawen.

Alex Crowder, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a Specialized mountain bike on March 28 in Concord.

Logan LaVar Clegg, 27, of no known address, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of destroying or removing information from his laptop on April 21, 2022. Clegg was accused of killing Stephen and Djeswende Reid on April 18, 2022, in Concord.

Jon Davidson, 56, of Josiah Bartlett Road in Concord on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles on April 6 in Concord.

John Defeo, 49, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on Nov. 2, 2022, after being released on $1,000 cash bail.

Justin Carl Dennison, 42, of Pearl Street in Schuylerville, New York, on a felony motor vehicle; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Borough Road in Concord on April 17.

Adam Joseph Dolloff, 32, of Kesumpe PT Road in Holderness on two felony identity fraud charges. He was accused of posing as two other people while obtaining the personal information of those two people on Sept. 26, 2022, in Bow.

Scott M. Donahue, 60, of Laurel Street in Concord on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused of using a Concord Housing Authority credit card to obtain more than $1,500 worth of items from Home Depot that were not authorized between Nov. 26 and Dec. 31, 2022, in Concord.

Gerald S. Douville, 58, of Trail Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 27 in Franklin.

Tanya Douville, 37, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 2, 2022, in Franklin.
