Franklin Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault, Abuse Image Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Concord felon faces weapon, drug possession, falsifying evidence charges; habitual offenders indicted; Concord, Hooksett drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Richard Duhaime, 57, of Dunbarton Road in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Jan. 11 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Frederick E. Estes, 27, of South Spring Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 30, 2022, in Hooksett.

Nicole Flood, 33, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges. One charge was connected to an incident in Hooksett on June 25, 2021, and the other occurred in Concord on Dec. 5, 2022.

James R. Gettemy, 24, of Summer Street in Northfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Target in Hooksett between Oct. 1, and Dec. 30, 2021.

Diana Gregory, 59, of Eastern Avenue in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 7 in Concord.

Tyler W. Hoyt, 29, of Royal Gardens in Concord on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, falsifying physical evidence, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles and meth in Hooksett on Aug. 29, 2022. Hoyt was also accused of throwing a black pouch containing meth away from a vehicle on Sept. 26, 2022, in Concord. Rayshawn Hubbard, 24, of Kendall Street in Franklin on indecent exposure and lewdness-transmission to a child under 16, six felony counts of felonious sexual assault, and three counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of sending a photo of his genitals to a teenage girl on Nov. 19, 2022, in Franklin. He was accused of multiple counts of statuary rape between Nov. 11, 2022, and Jan. 1 in Franklin and Northfield. Hubbard was also accused of possessing three photos of a naked child in Franklin between Dec. 25, 2022, and Jan. 12.

Zahir Kukic, 33, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, alprazolam, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, charges, in Hooksett on Aug. 10, 2021.

John Ladson, 42, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges, in Concord on Jan. 6. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on acts prohibited.

Jeffrey A. Lennox, 40, of Ferry Street in Allenstown on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Manchester Street in Concord on Jan. 30 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
