Hopkinton Man Indicted In Fentanyl Death Case: County Court

Felon indicted on gun charges; woman indicted on drug charges — including fentanyl sales; downtown burrito shop smashed window indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Anthony Abbondanza, 35, of Charles Avenue in North Sutton on two felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of being in possession of a rifle and shotgun on Jan. 7 in North Sutton.

Kristen Alder, 38, of Towle Road in Kingston on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge at Walmart on Hooksett on Dec. 6, 2020, after twice before, being convicted on theft charges.

Victor Anctil Jr., 40, of Cotton Hill Road in Gilford on possession of buprenorphine and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, after an incident in Hooksett on Sept. 8, 2019.

Sandra Anzalone, 43, of West Bow St. in Franklin on possession of fentanyl, two possession of meth counts, two counts of possession of meth-fentanyl mix, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, three counts of sale of fentanyl, and possession of zolpidem charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Franklin on Oct. 23, Nov. 19, Dec. 2, Dec. 10, Dec. 22, 2020.

Heather Arbuckle, 38, of Kestrel Lane in Hudson on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 7, 2020, in Hooksett.

Wyatt Keene, 29, of Hopkinton, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on acts-prohibited-death resulting and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of possession the drug on March 5 and selling or dispensing it to Tyrell Rand on March 9 or 10, 2020, causing his death.

Theresa Kenyon, 56, homeless and now located in Concord on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of smashing the window of Dos Amigos Burritos on North Main Street on Dec. 1, 2020.

Jessica King, 43, of Front Street in Pembroke on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions, on Oct. 9. 2020 at Market Basket in Hooksett.

Tammy King, 39, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on Sept. 20, 2020, in Concord.

Shayna Kinney, 37, of North Main Street in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking and possession of meth charges, both felonies. The drug charge was from an incident in Franklin on April 4, 2020. She was accused of stealing a "Zebra" scanning device at Market Basket in Concord on July 13, 2020.

David LaFond, 41, of West River Road in Hooksett on a motor vehicles; penalties charge — accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett after being certified as a habitual offender on June 2, 2020.

Griffin Lahey, 40, of Hillsdale Avenue in Laconia on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident in Franklin on Aug. 22, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Tad Lucchesi, 46, of Oak Terrace of Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 21, 2020, in Hooksett.
