Laconia Teen Indicted On Strangulation Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Pittsfield man indicted on another school shooter threat charge; Bradford woman faces meth dealing charge; Medicaid fraud indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Elise Urena De Cruz, 42, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on Medicaid fraud-false claim and theft by deception charges, both felonies. She was accused of submitting false third-party claims between March 24 and May 31, 2021, while providing home care services in Concord.
Adelia Donovan, 37, of Garland Road in Strafford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-3,4-methylenedioxy-methamphetamine charge in Hooksett on Feb. 15, 2021.

Styfus D. Green, 29, of Bodwell Road in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident at Walmart in Hooksett on June 19. Twice before, Green has been convicted on theft charges.
Guy Hanson, 62, of Prescott Road in Pittsfield on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of writing a school shooting threat on a paper plate and posting them on utility poles in Pittsfield on May 27. Marie Holbrook, 61, of Pleasant Valley Road in Bradford on a felony sale of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charge on April 15 in Bradford. She was previously convicted on acts prohibited and possession-sale of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2017.
Joshua Horvitz, 33, of 16 Street in Seabrook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 19. 2020, in Hooksett.
Shauna M. Iudice, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of retaining a stolen vehicle and driving it at excessive speed, into oncoming traffic, making it a deadly weapon in Hooksett on Oct. 3. John Jellue, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl on South Commercial Street in Concord on Sept. 9.
Joshua Kelley, 27, of Grove Street in Manchester on a willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items from Home Depot in Hooksett on Dec. 20, 2021.
Zachary Kitchen, 19, of Clinton Street in Laconia on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a girl in Pittsfield on Sept. 27.
Gwen Lancey, 53, of Vane Street in Revere, Massachusetts, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Dover Road in Chichester on Oct. 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
