Concord Man Arrested On Child Sexual Assault, Endangerment-Solicitation Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Artem Komissarov, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2024, on violation of privacy/use, install device and computer off; misuse of computer or network charges after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Timothy C. Casey, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Oct. 17 on criminal trespass, willful concealment, and five breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Mohammedamin A. Habjouqa, born 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on Oct. 17 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Chesley Street.

Willis T. Johnson, born 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on Oct. 17 on aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault-victim 13 to 15, and endangering-solicit sex charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Juan Pablo Arguello, born 1995, of Manchester, received a summons at 6:18 p.m. on Oct. 4 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Krystian Lepcio, born 1985, of Hopkinton, received a summons at 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Zachary R. Mullen, 25, of Concord, received a summons at 7:10 p.m. on Oct. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Memorial Field at 70 S. Fruit St.

Karen P. Peterson, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a public urination or defecation violation and two criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation on Pillsbury Street.

Vincent C. Burke, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Sept. 27 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Robert John Atwood, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. on Sept. 26 on felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus and two receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of stealing a pickup truck that was later found on North State Street. He was arrested again at 6:06 a.m. on Oct. 1 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Langdon Avenue.

Christopher M. Blodgett, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on Sept. 25 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation on Constitution Avenue underneath the Interstate 393 bridge.

Jesse L. Cleasby, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on Sept. 24 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
