Concord Man Arrested On Disorderly Conduct Charges Twice In 1 Day: Concord Police Log
Man with priors arrested on reckless operation, other charges; arrest in Wendy's smashed window case; Loudon woman faces assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — Logan Fredderick Brides, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2023, on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.
Jessie L. Wilber, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Nov. 20 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.
Stacy B. Elliott, 41, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:21 a.m. on Nov. 20 at police headquarters at 35 Green St.

Katelin Grace Locke, born 2002, of Loudon was arrested at 2 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a reckless operation charge after an incident or investigation on North State Street.
Brookelynn Kay Swenson, 23, of Loudon was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 24 on three simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Fairfield Drive.

Kerry Whittier, 61, of Concord was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Oct. 23 on reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and speeding charges as well as failure to use a required turn signal and two traffic control device violations after an incident on Loudon Road.

Cleasby, 38, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 6:44 p.m. on Oct. 21 as well as resisting arrest and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 15 Hall St. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on Oct. 10 connected to a felony theft case out of Concord from May.
