New Hampton Man Arrested On Penacook Assault Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Geoffrey Gagnon, born 1984, of Weare, was arrested at 5:07 a.m. on Oct. 7, 2024, on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
Stewart William Jones IV, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on Oct. 7 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Red Blazer at 72 Manchester St.
Shaun Danny McCall, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 6 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Thomas Kent Drake, born 1991, of New Hampton, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. on Sept. 28 on three simple assault and three domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Penwood Drive in Penacook.
Roshan Darjee, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Sept. 28 on driving under the influence-second offense and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an incident or investigation at El Rodeo on Loudon Road.

Edward Charles Gauthier, born 1993, of Westerly, Rhode Island, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Sept. 22, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge arrested after an incident or investigation at 6 Abbott Road.
Jack Michael Hebert, born 2004, of Concord, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Sept. 18 on domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Rite Aid at 165 N. State St.
Samuel P. Vachon, born 1992, of Franklin, was arrested at 6:16 p.m. on Sept. 17 on two felony possession of controlled drugs charges as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Best Western at 97 Hall St. Fourteen minutes later, he was also charged with having an active warrant.
Hayley J. Taliento was arrested at 2:07 a.m. on Sept. 14 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation at 55 School St.
Robert John Atwood was arrested at 8 a.m. on Sept. 13 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Granite State College at 25 Hall St.
Zachary Michael Breeden received a summons at 9 a.m. on Sept. 12 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
Jeremy P. Ducharme was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Sept. 9 on receiving stolen property-stolen firearm, falsifying physical evidence, felonious use of a firearm, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and two possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges after an incident or investigation at Zoo Health Club at 270 Loudon Road. Forty minutes later, he was charged with falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, both felonies, and resisting arrest or detention after an incident or investigation at the Morning Star Condominiums at 179 Loudon Road. Ducharme was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass after an incident at Caring Family Dentistry at 327 Loudon Road. Garrett Rogenski was cited at 10:13 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Michael’s at 86 D’Amante Drive and a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
