Concord Woman Indicted On Knife Threat, Strangulation Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man accused of spitting in the faces of corrections officers; sex offenders indicted on report charges; felon faces threat, weapons charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Garrett Beck, 28, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on criminal threatening, domestic violence, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of putting a machete blade against a woman’s body to terrorize her and possessing the blade and BB gun on Nov. 22, 2022, in Pittsfield. Beck is a felon due to a second-degree domestic violence charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2022.

Benjamin E. Benson, 29, of Granite Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Nov. 18, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Dylan J. Bill, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony assaults by prisoners. He was accused of spitting in the face of a corrections lieutenant and officer at the Merrimack County Jail on Oct. 29, 2022.

Brian T. Bilodeau, 63, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Manchester Street in Concord on Dec. 2, 0222, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Tiffany Bolduc, 41, of Cram Avenue in Pittsfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 22, 2022, in Bow.

Autumn Rose Breedlove, 23, of Manchester Street in Concord on criminal threatening and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening a man with a knife and strangling and dragging him by the hood of a sweatshirt on Nov. 14, 2022, in Concord. Justin Butler, 30, of Sheep Davis Road in Pembroke on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Bradford Road in Henniker on Nov. 5, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Leonard Caswell, 41, of Prospect Street in Franklin on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to report a new or temporary address to Franklin police on Nov. 8, 2022.

Robert W. Clark, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police after having multiple prior criminal convictions of duty to report on Sept. 18, 2022. Clark is a registered sex offender due to a child pornography conviction from 2009.

Logan Clegg, 27, no address, on convicted felons, four second-degree murder, and three falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of killing Stephen Reid and Djeswende Reid, moving their bodies after shooting them, and burning his homeless tent and campsite to impair an investigation into their deaths on April 18, 2022, in Concord.
