Massachusetts Man Accused Of Brutally Assaulting Child: Superior Court

Salisbury man accused of threatening, firing a gun near woman; Concord man indicted on meth-dealing, possession charges; other drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Brandy A. Hager, 43, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges on Dec. 5, 2021, in Concord.

Rudolph Harris, 47, of Carolyn Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on five counts of first-degree assault-domestic violence and eight counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, all felonies. He was accused of assaulting a child under 13 causing permanent brain damage as well as a tibia fracture, a fractured rib, and retinal hemorrhaging between July 15, and Sept. 19, 2021, in Hooksett.

Jon Heath, 48, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury on criminal threatening-domestic violence, criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing at least two gunshots near another person’s head while also stating he would “put a bullet in her head” or words to that effect in Salisbury on Feb. 25.

Marlo Herrick, 51, of State Shed Road in Hopkinton on five felony criminal penalties charges. Herrick, an owner of Hopkinton Forestry, failed to file accurate harvested timber reports in Salisbury on July 18, 2018, Henniker in July 2019, and January 2020 in Bedford.

Warren C. Jensen, 62, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett on a felony duty to report; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register a new address with Franklin police on March 14 and March 31. Jensen was convicted on felonious sexual assault charges in Sullivan County in September 1996.

Howard Johnson, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 17 on Loudon Road in Concord.

Ernest Jones, 47, of Euclid Avenue in Worcester, Massachusetts, on a felon in possession felony charge. He was accused of possessing a fan motor wrapped in a braided sheet that could be used as a weapon on May 31, 2021, in Concord. He is a felon due to a drug conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2019.

Steven Jones, 42, of Concord on possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth, possession of oxycodone, and possession of buprenorphine charges, all felonies. He was accused of dealing the meth and possessing the drugs on Langdon Avenue in Concord on March 16. According to the indictment, Jones was convicted previously on a drug-dealing charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2018.

Devin Kane, 44, of Hobart Hill Road in Hebron on a felony possession of meth charge in Boscawen on Feb.18.
