Abraham Allan Sanborn, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Oct. 8 on a warrant and a bench warrant, as well as criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and drug possession charges. An officer was at the Irving gas station on Fisherville Road as part of an increased patrol of stores since the robbery at the 7-Eleven on Fisherville Road. An affidavit said the officer saw a man inside the store who looked at the cruiser and then looked away multiple times. The officer went inside the store and spoke to the man, Sanborn, who he recognized from prior booking photos, and a woman. The officer returned to his cruiser, ran a check, and found Sanborn had an active warrant for criminal trespass, a criminal trespass bench warrant out of Concord District Court, and a no bail parole warrant, the report said. As the officer returned to the store, Sanborn was accused of fleeing, cutting through the woods, in “full sprint.” The officer chased Sanborn, calling on him to stop, but he refused, the affidavit said. In the area of Mayflower Road, Abraham was found in the woods but refused to come out, the report said. Back up arrived, and the officer told him if he did not come out, a K-9 would be called, and he might get bit. “OK, I’m coming out,” Sanborn reportedly said. He was taken to county and there, the jail told police later he was accused of having fentanyl-heroin. The felony drug charge was added to Sanborn's charges later.

Omar Hutchinson, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Oct. 7 on a bench warrant and criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.
Sean P. Lambert, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. on Oct. 7 on possession of a controlled drug and receiving stolen property, more than $1,501, charges, both felonies, as well as a breach of bail charge. Officers inspecting homeless camps around Loudon Road and Route 106 area came across Lambert and accused him of holding a glass pipe, used for smoking methamphetamine, to his mouth and exhaling smoke. When he noticed the officers, he “lowered the pipe onto the ground,” the report said. After confirming it was a pipe, he was arrested. During processing, police accused Lambert of possessing a woman’s wallet with five bank and flexible spending debit cards and eight checks owned by a woman and her ex-husband. Police questioned him about the wallet, and Lambert said he found it on the ground underneath the Legislative Parking Garage about 30 minutes before police were at the camp. He was also accused of admitting to smoking meth residue from the pipe. Since he was out on bail at the time, after being arrested on a drug charge 15 hours before, Lambert was also charged with breach. He was arraigned on Nov. 8 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference on March 10, 2023.
