State Troopers Make DUI Arrests On NH Highways: Blotter

CONCORD, NH — Troop A Blotter

Joshua Bragon, 37 of Lebanon, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2018, on a bench warrant on I-95 South in Hampton.

Jonathan Cormier, 35, of Arundel, ME, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2018, for DUI and conduct after; property damage on Route 101 in Exeter.

Chouna Lendo, 25, of Lynn, MA, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer on I-95 South in North Hampton.

Russell Anderson, 27, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2018, for DUI on I-95 South in Greenland.

Grace Boyle, 31, of Peabody, MA, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2018, was arrested for DUI on Route 16 in South.

Samantha-Jo Limoges, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 101 West in Exeter.

Joshua Kelly, 35, of Limington, ME, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of a controlled drug on I-95 North in Hampton Falls.

Christopher Scott, 34, of Girwood, AK, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 30+ mph and DUI on Route 16 in Dover.

Chantell Tibbetts, 32, of Milton, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Also charged was Tyler Canney, 25, of Milton, for possession of a controlled. They were arrested on I-95 North in Hampton.

Troop B Blotter

Erin Brouillard, 31, of Allenstown, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2018, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. Also arrested was Justin Provencher, 29, of Goffstown, for falsifying physical evidence, possession of less than 3/4 ounce of marijuana/5 grams of hashish, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. They were charged on I-293 South in Manchester.

Rosa Lazo, 49, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and uninspected vehicle on I-93 North in Manchester.

Daniel Lifer, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for DUI – second or third, disobeying an officer, habitual offender, and conduct after; property damage on North Main Street in Derry.

Nicholas Boucher, 23, of Nashua, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension and blue lights rest’d to law enforcement on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua.

Troop D Blotter

A 17-year-old from Contoocook was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on Feb. 1, 2018, for reckless operation on I-89 North in Warner.

Thomas Vicinanzo, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2018, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Edward Siudut, 42, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for breach of bail after a stop on I-93 North in Bow.

Edward Waters, 47, of Dorchester, MA, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2018, for DUI on Route 302 in Bartlett.

Melissa Hampton, 22, of Southbury, CT, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 16 in Conway.

Edward Palomba, 32, of Peabody, MA, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Jan .27, 2018, for DUI on Route 302 in Bartlett.

Gregory Canfield, 26, of Chocorua, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for DUI on Route 16 in Madison.

George Primeau, 55, of Middleton, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and reckless conduct on Access Road in Wakefield.

Joseph Sanborn, 27, of Laconia, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI on Route 3 in Gilford.

Monica Harris, 21, of Sanbornville, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for DUI and open container on Route 153 in Wakefield.

Erica Murray, 30, of Windsor, VT, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2018, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and speeding – 16-20 mph over 55 limit on Washington Street in Claremont.

Steven Wright-Maciel, 26, of Northumberland, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, for sex offender registration and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Lancaster Road in Northumberland. According to the state of New Hampshire, he was convicted of felonious sexual assault of a victim under 18 in April 2014.
