CONCORD, NH — A woman from Claremont, accused of drunken driving, faces more charges after being accused of smashing out the window of a New Hampshire State Police cruiser.
Around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a trooper in Concord, monitoring traffic on Interstate 93, reportedly clocked a driver traveling north at nearly 100 mph in a 55-mph zone. The driver was also having lane control issues with the vehicle.

The trooper stopped the vehicle, spoke to the driver, Lisa Marie Kroeger-Kangas, 46, of Claremont, and after an investigation, arrested her for aggravated driving under the influence, Amber Lagace, the public information officer for the department, said.
“During the arrest,” she said, Kroeger-Kangas actively resisted and was eventually placed in the rear of a state police cruiser. While Kroeger-Kangas was in the rear of the cruiser, she kicked out the right rear passenger side window sending shattered glass at two of the troopers on scene.”

Kroeger-Kangas was taken to the Merrimack County Jail where she refused bail and was held, Lagace said. She was scheduled to be arraigned in Concord District Court on Wednesday.
