Merrimack, Manchester Men Indicted On Intent To Distribute Charges: Hillsborough County Court Indictments

Nashua sex offender indicted on duty to inform; Belmont man indicted on evidence charge; Queen City man faces armed career criminal charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Nicholas Ardizzone, 37, of Worcester Street in Nashua on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Feb. 17 in Nashua.

Thomas Bemis, 37, of Lorraine Road in Merrimack, on a falsifying physical evidence and four possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, crack cocaine (more than 5 grams), fentanyl (more than 5 grams), hydromorphone (less than 1 gram), and tramadol (less than 1 gram) on May 13, 2025, in Milford, and Feb. 17 in Merrimack. He was accused of pouring a controlled substance from a sealed container to impair an investigation by Merrimack police. Previously, according to the indictments, Bemis was convicted of controlled drug: control premises where drugs kept in Merrimack District Court in November 2024.

Michael Shea, 34, of McKenna Drive in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Jan. 12 in Nashua.

Chad Silver, 43, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felony count of duty to inform. He was accused of failing to register a change of employment with Nashua police on Aug. 20, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Silver was convicted of duty to inform in May 2010 in Hills South. He is a sex offender due to felonious sexual assault and sexual assault convictions in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2002.

Christopher Jovan Spencer, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Nov. 15, 2025, in Nashua.

Daniel L. Stephen, 44, of Sergeant Lake Road in Belmont, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. On Sept. 18, 2025, in Hudson, he was accused of concealing evidence by wiping powder away. The drug possession charge was connected to an incident in Hudson on March 4.

Seth Stephens, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on armed career criminal, possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, and two possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and methamphetamine with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, all felonies. On Jan. 6, in Nashua, he was accused of possessing a Beretta 92FS 9 mm handgun after being previously convicted on three felonies: burglary in November 2015 in Hills South, acts prohibited in August 2016, and acts prohibited in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2018.

Daniel Wayne, 48, of Derry Street in Hudson, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl. He was accused of possessing 3.245 grams of a tan powder containing fentanyl on June 18, 2025, in Hudson.

Kimberly Wilson, 33, of Prospect Street in Manchester, on a felony count of operating while deemed a habitual offender. She was accused of driving a 2009 Nissan Murano on Mulberry Street in Nashua on Dec. 11, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in April 2024.
