NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Koty Emmons Jr., 32, of Brook Road in Litchfield, on a felony count of penalty; registration of criminal offenders-subsequent. He was accused of failing to register his place of residence with Litchfield police on March 24. Previously, according to the indictment, Emmons was convicted of negligent failure to comply in Merrimack District Court in March 2025. He is a sex offender due to a sexual assault conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2017, according to the state.
Jose Flores, 29, of Bridge Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2016 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and the meth on Feb. 11 in Nashua.
Kevin Gidge, 48, of Cheyenne Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Nov. 30, 2025, and April 1, in Nashua.
Alan C. Grogg, 46, of Burke Street in Nashua, on possession of meth with intent to sell and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin and crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on March 26 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug with intent to distribute charge in Hills South in August 2025.
Christopher Hayes, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to sell. He was accused of selling the drug to a cooperating individual of the Nashua police on Oct. 14, 2025.

Michael Hayward, 41, of Forest Road in Hudson, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and striking her in the face, causing a nasal fracture, on April 24 in Nashua.
Patryk Henry, 30, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua, on common nuisances, pistols & revolvers-convicted felons, two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale-crack cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine with intent to sell, and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, diazepam, crack cocaine, and fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a Glock pistol on Dec. 22, 2025, in Nashua after being convicted on a felony drug count in Hills South in June 2023. Henry was accused of possessing and selling the drugs on Dec. 22, 2025, Feb. 26, March 9, March 19, and April 21.
Natasha Jackson, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine on March 30. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Hills South on an acts prohibited charge in August 2023.
Manuel Jones, 29, of Cartier Street in Manchester, on a felony count of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 10. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court on an acts prohibited charge in December 2021.
Jennifer Judd, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl on March 5. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession charge in March 2016 in Hills South.
