Nashua Man Indicted On Rape, Sexual Assault Counts: Hillsborough County Superior South Court Indictments

Mass., NY residents indicted on Hudson, Merrimack theft charges; Hollis man accused of indecent exposure in front of kids; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Jeremy Albert, 39, of Elderberry Lane in Rochester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 12, 2025, in Merrimack.

Alexander Allard, 29, of Main Street in Suncook, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Oct. 25, 2025, after previously being convicted on theft in Hooksett District Court in November 2015 and Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2024.

Jonathan Bradley Bennett, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 1, 2025, in Nashua.

Zachary P. Hayner, 48, of Van Dyke Road in Hollis, on two felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of exposing his penis, knowing that multiple children under 16 were present in Hollis on Sept. 5, 2025.

Manuel Jones, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua, on five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, crack cocaine, MDMA, clonazepam, and zolpidem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2021.

Courtney Lavalle, 27, of Dexter Road in Melrose, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Lavalle was accused of stealing groceries from the Hannaford supermarket in Hudson on July 27, 2025. Previously, Lavalle was convicted twice before on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and Nashua District Court.

Johannis Mercado, 66, of Plantation Street in Worcester, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Mercado was accused of stealing merchandise of between $1,000 and $1,500 from the Sunglass Hut in Merrimack on July 9, 2025.

Dannyerliz Molero, 21, of 114th Street in Queens, New York, on conspiracy to commit-theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She worked in concert with Josue Casco-Alcantara and Yonelkis Camancho to steal more than $1,500 in merchandise from Coach in Merrimack on Dec. 7, 2024, according to the indictments.

Jordy Molina, 22, of Pine Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping, fondling, and sexually assaulting a woman in Nashua on Aug. 22, 2025.

Krystal Moran, 30, of Melody Road in Hudson, on a felony first-degree assault charge. She was accused of stabbing a man with a knife on Sept. 8, 2025, in Hudson.

Nathan Nugent, 25, of Briand Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDMA charge on Sept. 29, 2025, in Nashua.

James Thompson, 39, of Lock Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct and two arson charges, all felonies. He was accused of torching a vehicle, and the fire spread to a Lock Street apartment building in Nashua on Sept. 6, 2025.

Reynaldo Tirado, 31, of Maple Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 30, 2025, in Nashua.
