Connecticut Man Indicted In Concord Shooting Case: Court
Plus: Hooksett man accused of smothering cat; man indicted on DWI charges after crash; Penacook woman indicted on a strangulation charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Spencer Burke, 28, of Larch Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl-tramadol mix, charges, all felonies. The drug charges were in Concord on Nov. 16, 2020, while the stolen property charge involved a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta in Bow on Nov. 17, 2020.
Miles Byrne, 23, of Muzzy Hill Road in Milan on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge in Hooksett on Nov. 5, 2020.

Theresa Camire, 66, of Green Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge — a carton of cigarettes at Capital Beverages in Concord on Aug. 26, 2020, after twice before being convicted of theft.
Thomas Carroll, 38, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of pushing a corrections officer at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Jan. 21.

Jose Castro, 31, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on a felony cruelty to animals charge. He was accused of suffocating a cat on Dec. 10, 2020, in Hooksett. Read more about this case here.
Jennifer Caterino, 35, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony theft charge. She was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Concord on Feb. 12 after twice being convicted on theft charges.
Cody Connell, 28, of Fisherville Road in Concord on possession of fentanyl and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. The drug charge was connected to an incident in Concord on Oct. 25, 2020. He was accused of driving drunk on North State Street on Nov. 10, 2020, causing a crash, injuring a woman, while a child was also in the vehicle.
Shaun Michael "Summer" Cook, 42, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony escape charge. Cook was accused of leaving the North End House in Concord and not returning on Nov. 29, 2019. Read more about this case here.
Corey D. McKay, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street on Aug. 13, 2020.
Stuart McKenzie, 34, of Spring Street in Franklin on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on Nov. 10, 2020, in Franklin.
Richard Nagy, 27, of Mystic Avenue in Willimantic, Connecticut, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun on Pierce Street in Concord on Dec. 3, 2020. Read more about this case here and here.
Zachary Naples, 34, of Highland Street in Dover on possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges on July 4, 2020, in Chichester.
Nicole Olmstead, 50, of Golfview Drive in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of pointing a revolver at a man on Oct. 3, 2020, in Canterbury.
James Oswald, 24, of Blodget Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Hooksett on June 27, 2020.
