Lowell Man Indicted On Threat, Domestic Violence Charges: Court

Nashua man indicted on robbery charge; man accused of driving SUV into building; man indicted for attempting to steal a vehicle in Hudson.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Kelly Susan Grzech, 43, of Forge Drive in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent, fentanyl, charge, on June 25, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in April 2006.

Andrew Hayes, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on May 19, 2024, in Nashua.

Becky Hewes, 41, of Mill Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 27, 2024, in Nashua. She was previously convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in April 2018.

Hadley Jones, 41, of Richardson Drive in Derry, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of shifting the gear of a vehicle belonging to another person to steal the car on Oct. 28, 2024, in Hudson.

Brendan Lathrop, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal mischief and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a GMC Yukon dangerously, nearly striking another person, and driving into a building in Nashua on Sept. 7, 2024. Courtney Lavalle, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. Lavalle was accused of selling more than 1 gram of the drug on April 6, April 11, and April 19, 2023, in Nashua.

Christopher Devante Richardson, 27, of Meadow Street in Framingham, MA, on fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of acting in concert to use fraudulent credit cards to obtain more than $1,500 from Tobacco Outlet in Nashua between July 29 and July 30, 2024. Patrice Richardson, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge. She was accused of possessing the drug with intent to sell or dispense on Nov. 14, 2023, in Nashua.

Josue L. Rivera, 29, of 4th Street in Lowell, MA, on criminal threatening and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of yelling at a woman, words to the effect of, “You b---- a-- n----, the next time I see you, I’m popping you in the mouth, and I’m popping you in the head” while pressing the barrel of what the woman thought was a firearm against her head. Rivera was also accused of saying, “Next time I see you, I will put a bullet in your head,” or words to that effect, on Oct. 23, 2024, in Nashua.

Charlize Paris Roseberry, 21, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge in Hudson on April 25, 2024.

Christopher Rowle, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony armed robbery charge. He was accused of acting in concert with others to use force while armed with a boxcutter, holding it to another person’s throat, to steal property from a Temple Street apartment in Nashua on April 19, 2024.

Robert Ruggiero, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, on Sept. 25, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in December 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
