CONCORD, NH — Jasmine E. Dargon, 33, of Concord, received a summons at 11:17 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2025, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Savannah Lee Shipley, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a stalking charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Shaylynn MacKenzie Langevin, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Feb. 2 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Perley Street.

David J. Cotter, born in 1982, of Pittsfield, received a summons at 12:21 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Kaitlyn Reed, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on Feb. 2 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at Unfranchised Auto Care at 89 S. Main St.

Becky Hewes, 41, of Manchester, received a summons at 6:45 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a display false inspection-registration sticker violation after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Alan John North, 43, of Concord, received a summons at 12:08 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation on Garvins Falls Road.

Joshua Robert Plante, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation at 47 Washington St.

Theodor Olav Markmanrud, born in 1994, of Epsom, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on Jan. 12 on aggravated DUI and DUI charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Jason A. Thompson, 39, of Concord, was arrested on two bench warrants at 3:50 p.m. on Nov. 11 after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Thomas J. Doheny, 30, of Pembroke, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on Jan. 11 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Todd Bouchard, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. on Jan. 11 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on School Street.

Trevor Allen Clough, 27, of Chichester, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Jan. 11 on DUI, disobeying an officer, and reckless operation charges as well as tail lamp and reflectors, failure to display plates, and two stop signs; yield signs violations.
