Nashua Men Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges In Separate Incidents: Hills South Indictments
Manchester man indicted on child sexual assault charges; felon indicted on box cutter threat charge; Hollis man indicted on property charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Alexander Rivera Aponte, 44, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 11, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a prior offense in Hills South.

Kane Bloomfield, 41, of Robinson Court in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 29, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Nashua District Court in December 2022.
Jarad Briles, 40, of Taylor Street in Manchester, on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He attempted to induce another to falsely testify by contacting her by phone on a recorded line to discuss his open case and stated, “You’re gonna ask for this to go away, right?,” and calling her a second time saying, “I don’t know how long I’ll be here. It all depends on what happens when she goes to court,” on Nov. 1, 2025, in Brookline, according to the indictment.

Joshua Brown, 40, of Canal Street in Nashua, on controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-marijuana and three possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing more than 5 pounds of pot and .gif and .webp files on Oct. 9, 2025, in Nashua.
Jonathan Boudle, 43, of Beech Street in Manchester, on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling a child between July 23, 2017, and July 22, 2020, in Nashua.

Stephanie Lescard, 35, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-buprenorphine charge on Sept. 17, 2025, in Nashua.
Luis Lugo-Santiago, 42, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on May 18, 2025, and Central Street in Nashua on Aug. 31, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2019.

Jitender Miglani, 52, of Louise Drive in Hollis, on a felony count of receiving stolen property — accused of retaining a Cross Fiber Optical Switch owned by Drut Technologies in Nashua on June 26, 2025.
Alexandra Morris, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 30, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession charge in Hill South in September 2023.
Charles Morrison, 58, of New Haven Drive in Nashua, on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .3gp, .avi, and .mp4 videos on Dec. 21, 2023, in Nashua.

Stephen Morrison, 36, of Notre Dame Street in Manchester, on felon in possession-box cutter and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person, making slashing motions with the box cutter, on Nov. 20, 2025, in Nashua. Morrison, according to the indictment, is a felon due to a delivery or weapon, contraband conviction in Strafford County Superior Court in March 2023.
