WEST HARTFORD, CT — This week's Hidden Gem in Hartford and Tolland counties is not always in the same place, but to find it, one can easily follow his or her nose.

Let's find the Fuego Picante Food Truck.

Fuego Picante is based in West Hartford and even recently opened a sister restaurant at 280 Park Road, where the truck usually spends the night.

It's a mainstay around the area and known for it's authentic Mexican cuisine.

The monicker on the side of the truck — "All I need is love and tacos" — sums up the attitude toward food.

The truck features tacos burritos, quesadillas and a true specialty — Jackie's Nachos — in many varieties.

It's in various locations around the Greater Hartford area throughout the year and also caters.
