Manchester Perp, With Priors, Indicted On 3 Burglary Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Littleton man indicted on rape charges; man accused of hiding crack in rectal cavity; felon faces drug intent to sell, possession charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Heather Aikens, 35, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony willful concealment-theft charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford at 859 Hanover St. in Manchester on May 1, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.

Victor Alvarado, 37, of Youville Street in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and removing a baggie of fentanyl from his groin and swallowing it to impair an investigation and removing a baggie of crack from his rectal cavity to impair an investigation on Jan. 15 in Manchester.

Shawn Bateman, 32, of Royal Gardens in Concord, on a felony willful concealment-theft charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford at 859 Hanover St. in Manchester on July 24, 2024, in Manchester.

Bradley Baxter, 40, of Molly Philbrick Road in South Effingham, on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug while an inmate in the Hillsborough County Jail on Dec. 21, 2024, in Manchester.

Austin Boga, 30, of Mast Road in Goffstown, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 27, 2024, in Manchester.

Kenneth Bond, 54, of Dionne Street in Manchester, on a possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 4, 2024, in Goffstown.

Steven Burleigh, 37, of Calef Road in Manchester, on three burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing Parkside Convenience Store on Hooksett Road in Manchester on Nov. 7, Nov. 11, and Nov. 24, 2024.

Osvaldo Cancela Rivera, 39, of Silver Street in Manchester, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving off while a police officer’s arm was still inside a vehicle on April 12, 2024, in Manchester.

Jimmie Carlton, 59, of Union Street in Littleton, on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting a disabled woman on Nov. 4, 2021, in Manchester.

Bryant Clark, 56, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 22, 2024, in Manchester.

Curtis Clay, 53, of Amory Street in Manchester, on illegal possession of meth with intent to sell, illegal possession of MDMA-subsequent, illegal possession of crack cocaine-subsequent, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-knife charges, illegal possession of amphetamine-subsequent, illegal possession of cocaine-subsequent, and two illegal possession of meth with intent to sell-subsequent charges, all felonies. The charges stemmed from incidents on Aug. 6, and Oct. 19, 2024, in Manchester.

Dana Collins, 43, of Central Street in Manchester, on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Hall Street in Manchester on Dec. 17, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender. Collins also removed the vehicle’s license plate and discarded it to impair an investigation, according to the indictment.
