Vermont, Manchester Felons Indicted On Weapon Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Hillsboro man indicted on assault, tampering charges; Virginia man indicted on Bedford theft charge; man indicted on threat charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Shacka Afica, 34, of Cross Street in Northfield, Vermont, on a felony pistols & revolvers charge. He was accused of possessing a knife on Oct. 19, 2024, in Manchester. Afica is a felony due to a larceny from a person charge in Washington County District Court in Vermont.

Selina M. Akerman, 42, of Fairhaven Avenue in Milford, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on June 20, 2024, in Manchester.

Victor Alvarado, 36, of Youville Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $275 worth of items from the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester on Nov. 30, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Manchester District Court in October 2024 and Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2015.

Momkpokpo Amegnra, 32, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Merrimack Street in Manchester on July 17, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Cohlton Andrews, 22, of East Marshal Street in Richmond, Virginia, on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from REI in Bedford on Sept. 17, 2024.

Alicia Armstrong, 35, of Province Lake Road in South Effingham, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 26, 2024, in Manchester.

Corinne Arroyo, 46, of Harvard Street in Manchester, on a felony illegal possession of crack cocaine charge on July 2, 2024, in Manchester.

Ryan Auger, 42, of Walnut Street in Hillsboro, on second-degree assault, witness tampering, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 7, 2024, in Manchester. Between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31, 2024, Auger was accused of attempting to get the victim to inform falsely and knowingly conceal his identity by utilizing another inmate’s credentials to contact the victim in an effort to impair an investigation.

Amanda Hartford, 34, of C Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Oct. 16, 2024, in Manchester.

Jordan Frank Hartford, 20, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on domestic violence, criminal threatening, and two reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a shard of glass and threatening another person and chasing them while holding the glass over his head on Dec. 16, 2024, in Manchester.

Kenneth Harzmovitch, 40, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 20, 2024, in Manchester, and criminal mischief — smashing a window with a hammer on South Maple Street in Manchester on July 30, 2024.

Christopher Hayes, 42, of Central Street in Manchester, on illegal possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a folding knife on Nov. 12, 2024, in Manchester.
