Antrim Man Faces Assault, Threat, Disorderly Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert W. Taylor, born 1955, of Concord, received a summons at 3:39 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2024, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Sewalls Falls Road.

Bryan L. Geddes Lozeau, born 1995, of Antrim, received a summons at 12:25 p.m. on Dec. 7 on simple assault, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Brian A. Artus, born 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. on Dec. 5 on a violation of a protective order charge. He was charged again with a second violation of a protective order at 10:35 p.m. Both charges stemmed from an incident or investigation on Bainbridge Drive.

Jamie L. Lunderville, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Nov. 22 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident or investigation on Thompson Street. The case has been boundover to superior court. Lunderville was released on $250 cash bail and he is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Feb. 27, 2025, for a dispositional conference hearing.

Bryant T. Clark, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Nov. 22 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Jeffrey Paul Johnson, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 11:50 a.m. on Nov. 22 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation on West Street.

Dakota Austin Marsh, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. on Nov. 22 on two disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Nov. 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital.

Cody W. Muzzey, born 1991, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Nov. 8 on two bench warrants, resisting arrest or detention, and two felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation at the West Street Play Lot on West Street. He was also arrested on robbery, three theft detection device remover, and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, felonies due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Boscawen, received a summons at 2:33 a.m. on Nov. 8 on a bench warrant. Also receiving a summons was Jazmin M. Donovan, 27, of Boscawen, on a bench warrant. They were charged after an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road.

Barbara A. Davis, born 1941, of Pittsfield, received a summons at 9:57 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Larry Davenport, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a warrant and bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. He was wanted for violation of probation after pleading guilty to second-degree and simple assault charges in November 2023, after an incident in Concord in July 2023. Davenport received a three-to-six-year sentence, suspended for five years, and a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years, with 129 days of time served. A burglary and simple assault charge connected to the case were nolle prossed. Davenport had a bail hearing on Nov. 12 and was held on preventive detention. A status conference on the case will be held on Feb. 10, 2025.
