CONCORD, NH — Steven Michael Rowell, born in 1997, of Danbury, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2026, on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and two simple assault charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on Palm Street.
Derek Joshua Spampinato, 33, of Laurel Street in Merrimack, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Sept. 12 on charges of driving under the influence, reckless operation, and disobeying an officer, as well as a yellow/solid line violation. He was accused of driving under the influence of liquor on Penacook Street in a Mazda, driving over the unbroken yellow line markings, and driving up onto a sidewalk, according to a complaint filed in Concord District Court. Spampinato was also accused of failing to stop for police.
Andrew J. Ludwig, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 8:12 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a warrant following an investigation or incident at the 7-Eleven at 417 S. Main St.
Kendrick Henry Waddell, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Sept. 9 on a theft of lost/mislaid property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
John Arthur Faulkner, born in 1949, of Concord, received a summons at 11:20 a.m. on Sept. 7 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge following an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook.

Alissa Selena Ruth Gutierrez, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a warrant following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.
