Perp With Priors Charged With Prowling, Possession: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jacqueline Ishimwe, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2024, on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident or investigation on Chamberlain Circle.

Rosemary N. Renshaw, born 1949, of Deering, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Dec. 23, on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Charles R. Lesage, 48, of Concord, received a summons at 12:15 p.m. on Dec. 23 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Sebastian D. Rainie, 35, of Concord, received a summons at 10 p.m. on Dec. 16 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Benjamin B. Berry, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Dec. 16 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street. On Dec. 9, he received a diversion termination letter after pleading guilty to a theft charge at Home Depot in Concord from November 2023. Berry received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years, with 34 days time served credit.

Jason Derek Woody, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Dec. 15 on felony possession of a controlled drug, loitering or prowling, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

John Ladson, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on Dec. 15 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at People Ready on Loudon Road. At 1:10 p.m., Ladson was additionally charged with felony possession of a controlled drug charge at police headquarters.

Philip F. Gould III, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 15 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Longmeadow Drive.

Seth R. Mudgett, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Dec. 15 on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge as well as a change of address violation after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Jamie B. Stevens, born 1955, of Loudon, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a driving while intoxicated charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation on Snow Pond Road.

Ryan McLain, 40, of Pittsfield, received a summons at 5:36 p.m. on Nov. 26 on theft by deception-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
