CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.
Brian T. Bilodeau, 66, of South Street in Bow, on two felony counts of penalty; registration of criminal offenders. He was accused of failing to register his sex offender status with Bow police on Feb. 25 and May 13. Bilodeau is a sex offender due to felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 and two aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 13 convictions from August 1991 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South, according to the state of New Hampshire.
Nichole Blanchard, 33, a member of Franklin's unhoused community, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on July 30 in Franklin.
Moses Carr, 20, of Centre Street in Concord, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving on Village Street in Penacook on May 28 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Dreux Carroll, 41, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties — driving on Loudon Road in Concord on Aug. 5 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
John Joseph Coady, 30, of Elm Street in Manchester, on criminal mischief and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of removing parts from a 1998 Jeep owned by another person on Oct. 23, 2025, in Pittsfield. Coady was accused of receiving, retaining, or disposing of a stolen 1998 Jeep on Oct. 23, 2025, in Pittsfield, and a stolen 1999 Jeep on Oct. 23, 2025, in Pittsfield.

Paul Cram, 56, of Hall Street in Manchester, on a felony count of receiving stolen property. He was accused of retaining a 2010 Lincoln MKX owned by another person on Dec. 20, 2025, in Franklin.
Mitchell Dean, 33, of Salem Street in Manchester or Webster on aggravated felonious sexual assault and 10 counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, all felonies. He was accused of forcing an intimate partner to perform a sexual act on May 15, 2022, in Webster. Dean was also accused of posting nude images of an intimate partner on Nudostar and Reddit with intent to harass, threaten, or coerce on July 28, Sept. 27, and Nov. 4, 2022, and Feb. 18, 2024, in Webster.
Ronald Delgaudio, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, on robbery, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and two criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening a Market Basket employee with a knife during a theft incident on June 23 in Concord. Delgaudio is a felon due to a felonious sexual assault conviction of a child out of Naples 20th Circuit Court in Florida in August 1995, according to the state of New Hampshire. Joe A. Demelo, 46, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling a woman on June 20 in Pembroke.
Michael Derienzo, 31, of East Side Drive in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession with intent to distribute-fentanyl and crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on Jan. 12 in Concord.
Cody Dickinson, 44, of Reservoir Road in Deering, on a felony count of reckless conduct. Dickinson was accused of driving at a high rate of speed, crossing over a double yellow line, passing other vehicles, driving into oncoming traffic in Hooksett on March 28.
