Man Arrested On Criminal Threatening, Weapon Charges After Manchester Street Incident: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — James R. Martel, born in 1954, of Concord, was arrested at 8:32 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2026, on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hutchins Street.
