Concord Man, Woman Arrested On Threat, Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Michael S. Istvan, born in 1996, of Loudon, received a summons at 9:14 a.m. on Jan. 28, 2025, on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation on Chenell Drive.

Gary R. Magoon, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 28 on a loitering and prowling charge and a public urination or defection violation after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage on 17 School St.

Brian J. Heselton, 38, of Auburn, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Jan. 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive.

Nicole L. Weeks, 41, of High Street in Penacook, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Jan. 17 on stalking, criminal trespass, and breach of bail after an incident on High Street in Penacook and driving under the influence, breach of bail, and operating with an expired license-subsequent charges, as well as a traffic control device violation, after a traffic stop on North Main Street and Interstate 393.

Samantha A. McKenzie, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on Jan. 17 on criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Pitman Street.

Laronn M. Massey, 32, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 2 on stalking, breach of bail, two resisting arrest or detention, and six violation of protective order charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Walker Street.

Gennie L. Johnson, born in 1957, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:42 p.m. on Jan. 2 as well as a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.

Leandro Berto Estremera, born in 2005, of Northfield, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Jan. 2 on driving while intoxicated and transport alcohol by a minor charges as well as stop lamps and possession-use of tobacco products by a minor violations after an incident or investigation on Green Street.

Steven Richard Foster, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Jan. 1 on possession of a controlled drug-sale and possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Chancellor Drive.

Steven Michael Benoit, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. on Jan. 1 on possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at the Friendly’s at 147 Loudon Road.

Kera M. Mattocks, born in 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. on Jan. 1 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at the Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Evan T. Leary, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Jan. 1 on a resisting arrest or detention charge and two warrants after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street. He failed to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on Dec. 12, 2024, at a review hearing on a burglary charge out of Manchester, and failed to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on Dec. 16, 2024, on drug possession, contempt, falsifying physical evidence, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Leary is due back in court on both charges March 4.

Jennifer L. Hall, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2024, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation in the North State Street/West Concord area of the city.

John Salvatore Barbagallo, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on Dec. 31 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Eldridge Street.

Richard L. Dionne, 62, of Concord, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on Dec. 31 on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, simple assault, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation on White Street.
