CONCORD, NH — Shaun A. Foye, born in 1978, of Concord, received a summons at 10:36 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2025, on a reckless conduct charge after an investigation or incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Fatmir Gasi, 62, of Concord, received a summons at 10:11 a.m. on Feb. 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident on Eastern Avenue.

Benjamin B. Berry, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 6 on two bench warrants after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road at Gull Hill.

Nicole L. Weeks, 41, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:58 p.m. on Jan. 1 as well as stalking, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges after an investigation or incident on High Street in Penacook.

Gabriel David Burgess, 21, of Northwood, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2024, on a criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Holly S. Pickering, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on Dec. 31 on a simple assault charge after an investigation or incident at Revelstoke Coffee at 100 N. Main St.

Jessica L. Sanville, born in 1993, received a summons at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 31 on a false report of a motor vehicle accident charge as well as an improper person operating vehicle violation after an investigation or incident at St. Paul’s School at 325 Pleasant St.

Omar Hutchinson, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 7:33 a.m. on Dec. 31 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on North State Street.

Bulambo Dunia, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on Dec. 30 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident at Kwik Stop Mobil at 110 Loudon Road.

Cynthia L. Watson, born in 1951, of Hopkinton, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on Dec. 30 on a driving under the influence charge and a following too closely violation after an investigation or incident at 208 Loudon Road.

Stephanie M. Kennedy, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 30 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Ella F. Kidder, born 1978, of Concord, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. They were arrested after an investigation or incident on Bridle Path Trail.

Brian Huoppi, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. on Dec. 30 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on North Main Street. He was accused of failing to appear at a status conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on an acts prohibited charge out of Concord from March 2024. Huoppi is due back in court on March 13 on a status conference hearing.

Tamika L. Crawford, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on Dec. 30 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident on Old Suncook Road.

Jawad Rhazi, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Dec. 29 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on South Street.

Bradley Tibbetts, born in 1998, of Milton, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Dec. 29 on stalking and breach of bail charges as well as a bench warrant. He was arrested again at 2:50 p.m. on Dec. 29 on two stalking, two violation of protective order, and two breach of bail charges. Both incidents were connected to an investigation or incident on South State Street.

Jennifer L. Hall, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Dec. 28 on false imprisonment, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges after an investigation or incident in the North State Street and West Concord area of the city.

Gary Kenneson, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Dec. 28 on falsifying physical evidence, two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, and two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on the Exit 16 offramp on Interstate 93 north.

Dylan J. Chenette, born in 1995, of Boscawen, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 on a driving under the influence charge and lane control and unsafe lane change violation after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Rogoberto Ferreira, born in 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 7:07 p.m. on Dec. 27 on an operating without a valid license charge after an investigation or incident on Regional Drive.

Timothy John Currier, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Dec. 27 on a theft of lost or mislaid property, a felony due to two prior offenses, after an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Alexander Kody Hall, born in 1992, of Concord, received a summons at 5:56 p.m. on Dec. 27 on an operating without a valid license charges after an investigation or incident at 179 Loudon Road.

Justin Daniel Briggs, 33, of Concord, received a summons at 6:09 p.m. on Dec. 27 on a simple assault charge after an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Alan John North, 43, of Concord, received a summons at 9:29 a.m. on Dec. 27 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Garvins Falls Road.
