Pembroke Man Arrested On Deadly Weapon, Simple Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

Plus: Concord woman arrested for DUI again as well as child endangerment; Barnstead thief arrested again; criminal mischief at the Gardens.

CONCORD, NH — Rebekah M. Padua, 28, of Barnstead was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2024, on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at 132 Loudon Road. Padua pleaded guilty to a felony theft charge on May 16 after an incident in Warner in August 2023. She received a one- to three-year sentence, mandatory minimum of one year, all suspended for five years, as well as $2,209 in restitution to Aubuchon Hardware. Padua also has active subsequent drug possession charges out of Concord and credit card fraud and mislaid property charges out of Laconia, both from July 2023.

David J. Holliday, born 1977, of Pembroke was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on Sept. 30 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Ledyard National Bank at 74 S. Main St.

Alexander N. Rawley, born 1998, of New Hampton was arrested at 7:02 a.m. on Sept. 30 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Richard R. Fortier Jr., 35, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Sept. 11 on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at the Zoo Health Club at 270 Loudon Road. He has active drug possession and other charges in Deerfield from March 2023 and stolen property, drug possession, and other charges out of Concord from November 2023.

Amanda Marie Russo, 36, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on Sept. 9 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, breach of bail, and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Amy H. Upton, was cited at 8:39 a.m. on Sept. 8 on a conduct after an accident charge and a traffic control device violation after an incident or investigation at 41 Hazen Drive.

Nicholas Guay was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at 7 Washington St. in the North End.

Stephanie Leonides Cannariato was arrested at 6 p.m. on Sept. 5 on two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at the Gas Lighter Restaurant at 204 N. Main St.

Hunter Colby Drew, 23, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Sept. 1 on two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, three second-degree assault-strangulation, three second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges after an incident at 373 Village St. in Penacook. Mikayla W. Fiske, 32, of Concord was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Aug. 11 on aggravated driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, and DUI-second offense charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
