Allenstown Woman Arrested On NY Theft Warrant: Concord Cop Log

Bow, Moultonborough, Bronx men arrested on DWI charges; Warner, Hopkinton women face felony drug charges; Loudon man faces stalking charges.

CONCORD, NH — Taeh M. Koehler, 23, of Woodlawn Drive in Allenstown on a fugitive warrant as well as two bench warrants at 8:21 p.m. on Oct. 26. Two officers and a sergeant were on Manchester Street for a traffic stop when one noticed an SUV parked on High Ride Trail without plates. They checked on the vehicle and the officer realized it was involved in a traffic stop he was involved with four days before. During that stop, the driver spoke to the officer about trying to find Koehler but had not been able to. They approached the home, spoke with the homeowner, and asked if Koehler was inside. The homeowner, according to the report, said she was, along with the other woman who had been searching for her. The officer knew Koehler had active warrants out of Concord and Hooksett district courts on theft charges from early October and an arrest warrant out of New York City for criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. She was arrested and held without bail.

Jordan Dunne, 25, of Warner was arrested at 10:56 a.m. on Oct. 26 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges and three bench warrants. Also arrested was Aleah Blue, 35, of Hopkinton on two felony possession of controlled drug charges and a single count of falsifying physical evidence. They were arrested on Union Street. They are both due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Nov. 18.

Colin P. White, born 1990, a homeless man now located in Concord, was cited at 9:20 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Milano’s Mini Market on Broadway.

David T. Swett, born 1964, of Concord, received a summons at 8:25 p.m. on Oct. 25 on dog; menace, nuisance, vicious and procuring dog license; tag ordinance violations after an incident on Thompson Street.

Christopher C. Call, 39, of Loudon was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 25 on three violation of protective order and three stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident on Fowler Street. Call was arraigned in superior court on Oct. 26 on two felony domestic violence-stalking-subsequent charges.

Nichole M. Rowan, born 1978, of Hooksett received a summons at 6:25 a.m. on Oct. 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on 1 Whitney Road.

Andrew B. Barrett, born 1951, of Bow was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on Oct. 25 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Keith Alan Walker, 34 of Moultonborough was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 25 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 15 Hall St.

Kevin Gobeil, 27, of High Street in Concord was arrested at 3:59 a.m. on Oct. 6 on a felony arrest prior to requisition charge. An officer watching traffic on Loudon Road saw two men riding bicycles pass by them. Neither had proper lighting or reflective gear, according to a report. The officer stopped both men and spoke with them. One of the men, Gobeil, had an active warrant out of Sanford, Maine, for theft by unauthorized taking, with priors, $500 cash bail. The warrant was extraditable and issued on Sept. 30. He was arrested and held without bail. Gobeil, according to superior court records, has an active felony forgery case out of Bow and pleaded guilty to a drug possession charge out of Franklin in June.

Manuel A. Hinojosa, born 1996, of the Bronx, New York, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Oct. 5 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on McKinley Street.
