Homeless Felon Indicted On Vehicle Thefts, Threat, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Warner woman accused of theft from pantry credit card; Claremont man indicted on Pittsfield strangulation charges; Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Larry Davenport Jr., 48, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a protective order on April 22 in Concord. Previously, he was convicted on a stalking charge in December 2016 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Joyce Davis, 26, of Incline Avenue in Goffstown on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of working in concert with Trever Hoyt to steal a 2009 Toyota RAV-4 from the McDonald’s Restaurant parking lot on South Main Street in Concord on April 29.

Tyler Edward Stephen Demond, 28, of Hanson Mill Road in Moultonborough on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Oct. 7, 2022, in Concord.
Warren Doucette, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on June 28. Twice before, he’s been convicted on theft charges.

Chad Dow, 41, of Wakefield Road in Sanbornville on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and fentanyl, in Concord on March 28.
Kevin Driscoll, 51, of Herbert Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on May 8 in Bow.
Lindsey Flanders, 39, of Pinewood Trail in Concord on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent and possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charges, both felonies, while on Commerce Drive in Hooksett on Nov. 8, 2022. Flanders was out on bail at the time of the arrest and was previously convicted on a narcotics charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2021.
Dennis Fletcher, 53, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, reckless conduct, criminal threatening, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a Hyundai Elantra from Loudon on May 2, stealing Nissan Murano from Pittsfield on June 14, and driving dangerously and threatening another person with a knife in Chichester on June 14.
Joseph R. Frechette, 21, of Old Chandler’s Mill Road in Claremont on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman on May 20 in Pittsfield.
Jonathan T. Gagne, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of threatening a store employee at Cumberland Farms in Concord during a robbery on June 4.
