Man From Gilmanton Ironworks Faces Threat, Assault Charges After Hospital Incident: Log

CONCORD, NH — Nicole M. Treadwell, born 1998, of Gilmanton was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on April 19, 2023, on a theft by deception, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

David Melanson, 29, of Concord was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on April 19 on domestic violence-simple assault, theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000-robbery, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Court Street.

Carlos Zamban, 59, of Concord was arrested two bench warrants at 7:51 p.m. on April 19 after an incident on Commercial Street.

Morgan Marc Bernier, 22, of Concord was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on April 19 on a felony possession of LSD charge after an incident on Perley Street. On May 1, the county attorney filed a motion to vacate the bail order in the case, telling the court it was declining to file a felony complaint in the case at this time.

Michael J. Depont, 40, of Seabrook was arrested on a warrant at 7:02 p.m. on April 19 after an incident at the Granite Group on Storrs Street.

Bruce A. Thibeault, 57, of Gilmanton Ironworks was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on April 19 on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Eric D. Lassonde, 31, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:50 a.m. on April 19 after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Ian A. Murray, 32, of Concord was arrested at 5:19 a.m. on April 19 on a stalking charge. He was arrested after an incident at a South Main Street apartment.

Jonathan M. Pickering, 35, of Concord received a summons at 2:44 a.m. on April 19 for theft by authorized taking, less than $1,000, after an incident at Capital Plaza Associates on North Main Street. Eleven minutes later, he was given a second citation for criminal trespass and loitering or prowling after an incident on Herbert Street.

Samson Ndayambaje, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 2 a.m. on April 19 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested after an incident at the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.
