Chichester Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Candia woman, Nashua man indicted on title fraud charges; homeless felon indicted on stolen Concord tip jar charge; drug indictments; more.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Marissa Anderson, 38, of Academy Street in Laconia on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, clonazepam, buprenorphine, and methamphetamine on Dec. 31, 2023, in Bow. She was out on bail on a separate criminal matter at the time of the incident and was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in January 2019.

Snyther Alberto, 29, of West Otterson Street in Nashua on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge. He agreed with Gonni Plasencia Rosario to commit title fraud for a Honda CR-V, saying he was the owner of the vehicle when Rosario was, on Oct. 4, 2023, in Concord, according to the indictment.

Jacqueline Arsenault, 26, of South State Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 17 in Concord.

Ethan Babb, 25, of Lane Road in Chichester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun into a wooded area without a backstop while a person was close by on Sept. 3, 2023, in Chichester.

Kord Ball, 33, of Kaime Road in Chichester on domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of terrorizing an intimate partner by picking up a shotgun, loading it with shells, and saying, “Let’s do this,” or words to the effect, in front of the intimate partner and another person on March 5 in Chichester.

Cheri A. Boyden, 63, of Horizon Lane in Candia on two felony anti-theft laws, offenses, and penalties charges. She stated she was the legal spouse of a deceased title owner when she wasn’t on a 1999 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am on Oct. 7, 2021, and a 2017 Jeep Cherokee on April 20, 2022, in Concord, according to two indictments.

Rolando Casiano-Velez, 34, of Spruce Street in Manchester on criminal restraint and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening to kill a woman while possessing a firearm and ordering her to remain in a locked vehicle between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5, 2022, in Hooksett.

Rachel Chen, 25, of Waverly Road in North Andover, Massachusetts, on attempted theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, both felonies. She was accused of pretending to be a bank employee and working with an unknown conspirator to take $22,000 in from a man in Allenstown on March 14.

Michael Davis, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and stealing a tip container from Dunkin’ Donuts in Concord on Jan. 27. Twice before, he was convicted on a theft charge.
