Andover Man Indicted On Child Sex Trafficking, Rape, Drug Sales Charges: Court Roundup

Former corrections officer indicted for murder; Concord teen indicted on gun charge; elderly Loudon man indicted on sexual assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Sandra L. Alicea, 49, of Manchester Street in Manchester on possession of a controlled substance-subsequent offense, crack cocaine, and possession of a narcotic substance-subsequent offense, para-fluorofentanyl, charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Feb. 17. She was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in August 2007.

Marissa Anderson, 38, of Academy Street in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 19 in Concord.

Derek H. Aubuchon, 45, of Marigold Way in Hooksett on nine felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing a photo and videos on Oct. 4, 2023, in Hooksett. Read more about this case here: Hooksett Man Arrested On 9 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges

Jayden Ballam-Quiah, 18, of Hanover Street in Concord on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun in a residential area, placing others in danger, on Jan. 25 in Concord. Gina M. Baxley, 41, of Salisbury Road in Franklin on possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense-subsequent, fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense-subsequent, meth, charges, all felonies, in Hooksett on Jan. 7. Previously, she was convicted of controlled premises in Merrimack County in October 2020.

Nathaniel J. Bergeron, 27, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining license plates belonging to another person in Concord on Feb. 19.

David Bousquet Sr., 72, of Shaker Road in Loudon on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern-domestic violence charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl in Epsom between Jan. 27, 2012, and May 16, 2016, and in Loudon between Sept. 16, 2016, and Dec. 31, 2018.

Dale Howe Jr., 35, of Currier Road in Andover on trafficking in persons, two counts of sale of a controlled drug with a prior convicted, meth and fentanyl, and three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping a girl between Nov. 9, 2011, and Nov. 8, 2012, in Andover, and fondling and raping a girl on more than one occasion between Nov. 9, 2020, and Oct. 26, 2023, in Andover, according to the indictment. Howe was also accused of supplying drugs to the girl, selling the drugs to the girl between November 2020 and October 2023, and forcing her to perform a commercial sex act for the drugs between November 2011 and October 2023. He was previously convicted on a sale of a controlled drug charge in Merrimack County in May 2007.

Mercy Mbarushimana, 21, of North State Street in Concord on receiving stolen property and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing tequila on Jan. 3 at a liquor store in Concord and Jan. 27 at a liquor store in Pembroke, stealing Hennessy at a liquor store in Concord on Jan. 24, and stealing cognac from a liquor store in Concord on Jan. 24. Twice before, he’s been convicted on theft charges. Mbarushimana was also accused of retaining a stolen phone charging block on Jan. 2 in Concord.

Michael Bonnie, 59, of North Main Street in Franklin on possession of a deadly weapon by a convicted felon-a fixed blade knife and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Feb. 9 in Northfield. He is a felon due to a robbery conviction out of Orange CA County Superior Court in October 1992.

Matthew Millar, 39, of an unknown address, on a felony second-degree murder charge. He was accused of strangling Jason Rothe in Concord on April 29, 2023. Read more about this case here: Former NH Corrections Officer Arrested On Murder Charge In Concord
