Concord Man Indicted On Accomplice To Kidnapping Charge: Court

Concord man accused of spitting in the face of cops; Weare man indicted on burglary charge; and woman indicted on attempted robbery charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Nicole M. Beaulieu, 31, of 2nd Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl-heroin-cocaine combination charge on Nov. 3, 2019, on South Street in Bow.

Adam Beck, 24, of Shindagan Road in Wilmot Flat on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 30, 2019, in Webster. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a meth charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2018.

Joshua Burney, pictured lower center, 41, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge from Nov. 26, 2019, in Concord.

Liam K. Burns, 20, of Callaway Drive in Concord, on two misdemeanor counts of simple assault against a law enforcement officer. He is accused of spitting in the face of two Concord police officers on Oct. 30, 2019.

Jillian M. Buss, upper left, 34, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 6, 2017, in Hooksett.

Melissa J. Cleasby, 35, of Alice Drive in Concord, on a felony attempted robbery charge. She's accused of motioning like she had a handgun in her pocket before what "constituted substantial steps toward the commission of the crime of robbery" in Boscawen on Nov. 7, 2019.

Michael A. Davis, 51, homeless in Concord, on felony accomplice to kidnapping charge. He's accused of "acting in concert with and aided by Geoffrey Sundgren and/or John Knowles" by not allowing another man to exit a vehicle and "threatened to kill and/or otherwise harm" that man on Jan. 31, 2019, in Concord.

Brenin A. Reale, upper center, 32, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 28, 2019, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2015.

Erik S. Rye, 20, of Abijah Bridge Road in Weare, on burglary and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing a building on South Main Street in Franklin and stealing a 2001 Toyota Corolla belonging to a Franklin man on Oct. 4, 2019.

Michael P. Sailer, 59, of Birch Hill Road in Warner, on a felony insurance fraud charge. He's accused of making a false statement, at more than $1,500, to his insurance company on May 22, 2019, about damage to a vehicle being caused by driving over debris and not wear and tear.

Diane Smith, 49, of Jefferson Road in Whitefield, on possession of fentanyl-heroin mix, possession of crack cocaine, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of oxycodone charges, all felonies, on June 10, 2019, in Hooksett.

Michael F. Spencer, left middle, 29, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge on Oct. 19, 2019.
