Concord Man Indicted On Gas Station Robbery, Kidnapping Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on knife threat, conduct charges; Epsom man indicted on gun threat charge; Warner drug dealer indicted on meth sale charges.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
John A. Davis, 40, of Route 103 in Warner on three felony sale of controlled drug-subsequent charges. He was accused of selling methamphetamine on March 7 and March 13 in Warner, and March 21 in Hopkinton. Davis was convicted on a conspiracy-intent to distribute charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2021.
Gevork Dertsakian, 38, of Lantern Lane in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a man in Concord on May 29.

Jacob Deveno, 48, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Dec. 17 and Dec. 30, 2023, he was accused of removing carts from the Bessie Rowell Community Center in Franklin. Twice before, Deveno was convicted on theft charges.
John M. Donnell, 36, of Herbert Street in Concord on kidnapping and robbery charges, both felonies. He was accused of theft by use of force while confining another person in Concord on April 9. Jerediah E. Feliz-Beamud, 18, of North Main Street in Andover, MA, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge in Bow on Feb. 17.
Christopher Flanders, 34, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to report employer or occupation change information as a sex offender on Feb. 29 in Franklin. Flanders was convicted of failure to report in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2023.

William Flint Credit: Concord Police Department
William D. Flint, 21, of Second Street in Concord on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking a woman’s car with a knife on Feb. 29 in Concord.
Brent R. Smith, 28, of Goboro Road in Epsom on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of displaying a firearm outside the driver’s side window of his Chevrolet truck after a man behind him flashed his headlights in traffic on March 15 in Chichester.
Christine Thompson, 46, of Pinewood Trail in Concord on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Feb. 3.
Luis E. Valerio, 47, of Newcastle Drive in Nashua on seven felony anti-theft laws, offenses, and penalties. He was accused of making false statements on titles between Jan. 1, 2020, and May 26, 2022, in Concord.

Hangjian Wang, 38, of Phillips Street in Quincy, MA, on theft by deception and credit card fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking property belonging to Walmart by deceptive means, using gift cards obtained fraudulently, and then buying electronics between April 1 and May 30 in Concord. Andy R. Williams, 59, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2010 Honda in Hooksett on March 26. Twice before, Williams has been convicted of theft.
Zengjun Yang Credit: Concord Police Department
Zengjun Yang, 52, of Gipp Road in Albany, New York, on theft by deception and credit card fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking property belonging to Walmart by deceptive means, using gift cards obtained fraudulently, and then buying electronics between March 15 and April 30 in Concord.
