Concord Women, With Priors, Arrested On Drug Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christine May Thompson, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2024, on transport drugs in a motor vehicle and two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Robert John Atwood, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 12:12 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Granite Place.

Kevin Joseph Shea, 29, of Brickett Hill Circle in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at noon on Feb. 1 on possession of a controlled drug, reckless operation, disorderly conduct, and two disobeying an officer charges as well as yellow-solid line and front lights-auto violations on South State Street.

Dezirae E. Decato, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 5:47 p.m. on Jan. 21 on two possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation on Canterbury Road and at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Jason Fencik, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Jan. 19 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Savanna L. Whitehouse, born 1989, of Manchester was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on Jan. 1 on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Nicholas Shaw, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2023, on disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on Thompson Street.

Tammy R. Hosmer, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 3:40 p.m. on Dec. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. Also arrested was Kayla Jae O’Leary, born 2002, of Concord. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Mingdong Chen, 27, of 8th Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 29 on organized retail crime enterprise and theft by deception-resale distribution charges, both felonies, after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Allen Wayne Taylor, 27, of Broadway in Pembroke was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on Dec. 28 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon, felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and two criminal threatening charges. Shawn R. Cochrane, born 1970, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 28 after an incident or investigation on Pierce Street.
