Teen Arrested On Domestic Violence, Threat Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — William G. Targett, born 1997, of Bow received a summons on a reckless operation charge at 4:35 p.m. on May 19, 2024, after an incident or investigation on Clinton Street.

Kevin M. Hull, 37, of Concord was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on May 18 on a stalking charge after an incident or investigation at Aldi at 289 Loudon Road.

Zengjun Yang, born 1972, of Albany, New York, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. on May 16 on a felony theft by deception-resale distribution charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Sarah Ann Spencer, born 1975, of Concord received a summons on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street at 6 p.m. on May 14.

Brenda L. Goodwin, born 2000, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:51 p.m. on May 13 after an incident or investigation on Black Hill Road.

Kayden Eames, born 2006, of Franklin was arrested at 6:02 a.m. on May 11 on simple assault, criminal threatening, criminal mischief, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. Also arrested was Jayden Dean Hollis, born 2002, of Franklin on endangering the welfare of a child and two prohibited sales of alcohol charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Evan Mathew St. Yves, born 2000, of Rochester received a summons at 8:51 p.m. on May 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road.

Tyler D. Lundstrom, 30, of Concord was arrested at 1 p.m. on May 3 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.

Nathan M. Bond, 45, of Concord was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on April 29 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at 5 Integra Drive.

Jillian L. Halloran, 35, of Barnstead received a summons at 11:50 p.m. on April 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Robert John Atwood, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:45 p.m. on April 27 as well as felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus and operating with an expired license charges after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Connor Daniels, born 2001, of Chichester was arrested at 5:22 a.m. on April 27 on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 2 N. Main St.
