Concord Man Indicted On Gun, Falsifying Bullet Evidence Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Man, with priors, indicted on Loudon strangulation, evidence charges; drug indictments; Henniker woman accused of issuing a bad check.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Andrea R. Miksic, 63, of Creamery Street in Plainfield, Vermont, on a felony possession of amphetamine charge in Bow on March 10.

Jalen Antonio Na-Jee Murchison, 27, of Blodget Street in Manchester on second-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. On March 11, he was accused of covering an intimate partner’s mouth to impede breathing and removing a security camera from the woman’s home to impair a police investigation by Loudon police on March 11.

Ashleigh N. Murphy, 34, of Western Avenue in Henniker on a felony issuing bad checks charge. She was accused of uttering a check to Danny’s Automotive on a Bank of America account that was refused by the drawee between Dec. 23, 2022, and Feb. 1 in Henniker.

Brittany Nault, 37, of Bailey Drive in Boscawen on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 16 in Boscawen.

Jason Paradis, 46, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony possession of oxycodone charge on May 19, 2022, in Concord and possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 18, 2022, in Concord.

Christopher D. Parker, 40, of Carriage Lane in Contoocook on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on March 28 in Bow.

Emily R. Partlow, 23, of Cross Street in Newport on a felony possession of meth charge on Feb. 2 in Concord.

Cole Joseph Patoine, 27, of Pleasant Street in Concord on accomplice to reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of agreeing with Nicholas Ferruolo to fire a gun on Pleasant Street in Concord on Jan. 20. Patoine was accused of concealing a shell casing to keep police from locating it.
