Concord Woman, Man Arrested On Criminal Mischief Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jonathan Taylor Gagne, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2023, on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Ashley A. Gleason-Swett, born 1992, of Contoocook was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on Sept. 7 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. She was arrested at police headquarters.

Thomas Michael Wayman, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a bench warrant after an incident at 12 Court St.

Elianny Carolina Nunez Rodriguez, born 2005, of Manchester received a summons at 4:16 a.m. on Sept. 5 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Francis A. Coughlin, born 1961, of Northwood was cited at 9:35 p.m. on Sept. 3 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Zachary R. Mullen, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on Sept. 2 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also arrested was Sarah Kay Douillette, born 1986, of Concord on felony possession of a controlled drug count as well as criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. They were arrested after an incident at Regency Hill Estates at 12 E. Side Drive.

Leigh A. Lacasse, born 1977, of Laconia was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 31 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Andrew J. Ludwig, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 26 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges and warrants. Officers on foot patrol approached a camp behind Walmart on Loudon Road when they noticed a man sitting on a crate who the reporting officer accused of lighting up a meth pipe and a woman, known to police due to priors, next to him. The man, Ludwig, had two no-bail warrants while the woman was cleared. The reporting officer noticed what appeared to be two baggies of drugs — fentanyl and methamphetamine. The warrants were confirmed by dispatch and he was arrested, refused bail, and was taken to the county jail.

Stacey M. Young, 39, of Concord was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on Aug. 22 on loitering or prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a pedestrian on the roadway violation. She was arrested after an incident on North Main Street. Young was arrested again at 5:50 p.m. on Aug. 22 on three felony controlled drug charges. Also arrested was James Michael Curran Jr., 36, a homeless man now located in Concord on controlled drug-sale, etc., other and six possession of controlled drug charges, all felonies, as well as a marijuana-possession violation-less than three-quarters of an ounce. Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 63, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Aug. 22 on common nuisances and two felony possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.

Amanda Russo, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Rumford Street.

Dominic A. Ferrari, born 1997, of Laconia was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on Aug. 12 on felony possession of a controlled drug, driving under the influence-second offense, conduct after an accident, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as an unsafe lane change violation. He was arrested after an incident on Church Street.
