Concord Men Arrested On Domestic Violence And Simple Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Matthew Sellers, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on March 9, 2025, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, and a willful concealment charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way.

Raymond J. Hastings, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on March 8 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on South Street.

Caden Ashur Rocker, born in 1983, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on March 7 on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Amanda M. White, 45, of Bridgewater, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on March 6 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive. She failed to appear at a plea and sentencing hearing on acts prohibited and revocation charges out of Northfield from February 2024. White is due back in court on March 14.

Ronald G. Betts, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on Feb. 22 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive.

Eric Mandigo, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a bench warrant. Also charged was Shayna Kinney, 41, of Concord, on two warrants. They were charged after an incident or investigation at ADF Flooring at 248 Sheep Davis Road. Kinney failed to appear at a final pretrial hearing on Nov. 4, 2024, on a resisting arrest or detention charge out of Concord from August 2023. She was remanded on March 7.

Brendan Michael Paradis, born in 2000, of Loudon, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the U.S. Post Office at 18 Loudon Road.

Christopher Brisborn, 46, of an unknown address in Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. on Feb. 18 on a felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Brisborn is a sex offender due to an indecent exposure and lewdness conviction in 2004.

Angela Marie Graham Hyslop, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Interstate 393 west at the Exit 2 offramp.

Samatha A. McKenzie, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a stalking charge after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, of Concord, received a summons at 12:02 a.m. on Feb. 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive.

Jacob C. Cuthbert, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on Feb. 14 on obstruct report of a crime-injury, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Franklin Street.

Mikayla W. Fiske, 33, of Loudon, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on Feb. 14 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
